History

The name Aende is a cherished and iconic Nottingham cycling brand born out of the beautiful frames built by the late Alan Braithwaite. The name has a cult following of riders from either the original glory days of the framebuilder to the new admirers, drawn to the brand due to the craftsmanship and quality of a classic British handbuilt frame.

Today

The purpose of this store is to honour the name Aende and all it stands for in terms of simplicity, style and good design. As a local lad from Nottingham I met Alan on several occasions and always considered him a total craftsman, artisan and nice chap.

As the name is remembered fondly in the hearts of many UK riders we decided to create a collection of classic clothing designed with the true spirit of the original frame building brand in mind. And just like the frames once were, all designs are created in Nottingham!

The Aendé Clothing style is simple, high quality and designed with passion.

Ultimately we are a clothing company with a passion for all things cycling, we want to share this passion with other likeminded individuals.

I hope you enjoy browsing our collection!
