- Do I need a PayPal account to make a payment?
PayPal does not require an account to make a purchase. If your credit/debit cards are already secured by a payPal account they will ask you to login to make the purchase.
- Do you ship to my country?
Yes we do! We charge a flat rate of £10 per order to ship outside the UK, for Uk shipping charges please see shipping costs below

- How much does shipping cost?
Royal Mail UK 5-10 days postage is 3.49. We aim to despatch orders within 3 days unless otherwise specified on individual product descriptions. International shipping outside of the UK £10.
We send out orders Monday - Friday excluding public holidays. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched. We aim to despatch orders within 3 days unless otherwise specified on individual product descriptions, however as we are a small business we do not always hold large quantities of stock in every design and size and therefore sometimes we will need to print your order, and this can cause a small delay in sending. We always try to keep you informed if this is the case, and you can then decide whether to wait, cancel or choose an alternative design.
- What if I need to return an item?
We really hope you will be happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event that you would like to return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt

then please email us with your order number, stating whether you require a refund or exchange and we will send you a form to fill out. Place this in the package with the items you are returning. We also advise that you send the parcel tracked to ensure it's safe return.
**Please ensure all tags and labels are still attached and the item has not been worn.**
Personalised items will be Non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault.
